These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Exposir application ("App"). Please read them carefully before downloading or using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Copy, distribute, or sell the App or its content
• Use the App in any way that infringes third-party rights

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content — including design, logos, text, and code — remain with the developer.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Metering values are provided as guidance only and accuracy is not guaranteed. The developer accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the App.

5. Changes and Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
