Asterhue（iOS アプリ）

1. 私たちが収集しない情報

Asterhue は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・生年月日といった個人を特定する情報を一切求めません。アカウントの作成もログインもありません。広告 SDK を含め、第三者のライブラリは一切組み込まれていません。

アプリには解析ツールもクラッシュレポートツールも組み込まれていません。あなたがどの画面を開いたか、どの機能を使ったかを私たちが知ることはありません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

以下は端末のアプリ領域内に保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると同時に消えます。

現バージョンに iCloud 同期はありません。パレットは端末をまたいで共有されません。

3. 写真へのアクセス

書き出し（追加のみ）。作成したパレット画像を写真ライブラリへ保存するとき、iOS の「写真への追加」権限のみを要求します。この権限では、アプリはライブラリへ画像を追加できるだけで、既存の写真を読み取ることはできません。

スポイト。写真から色を拾う機能は iOS の写真選択画面（PHPicker）を経由します。あなたが選んだ 1 枚だけがアプリへ渡され、写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス権限は要求されません。渡された画像はメモリ上でのみ扱われ、端末へ保存することも、外部へ送信することもありません。画面を閉じた時点で破棄されます。

4. 購入について

アプリ内課金は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。クレジットカード番号などの支払い情報がアプリに渡ることはなく、私たちがそれを見ることもありません。アプリが保持するのは「解除済みかどうか」という真偽値のみです。

5. モーションセンサー

端末を傾けたときに色相環の光沢がわずかに動く演出のため、ジャイロスコープの値を利用します。この値は画面の描画にのみ使われ、保存も送信もされません。「視差効果を減らす」設定が有効な場合、および低電力モード中は、この機能そのものが停止します。

6. お子様の利用について

Asterhue は子ども向けに設計されたアプリではなく、13 歳未満の方から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

7. 情報の第三者提供

私たちが個人情報を保有していないため、売却・貸与・提供のしようがありません。アプリには広告も解析も組み込まれておらず、データを端末の外へ送る経路そのものが存在しません。

8. あなたの権利

データはすべてあなたの端末の中にあります。アプリを削除すれば、保存したパレットも設定もすべて消去されます。私たちの側に削除を依頼していただく対象は存在しません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更した場合は、このページを更新し、下記の更新日を改めます。

Privacy Policy

Asterhue for iOS

1. What we do not collect

Asterhue never asks for your name, email address, phone number, postal address or date of birth. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to.

The app contains no analytics and no crash reporting, and no third-party libraries of any kind. We do not know which screens you open or which features you use.

2. What is stored on your device

The following is held inside the app's own storage on your device and is never transmitted. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

This version has no iCloud sync. Palettes are not shared between devices.

3. Photo access

Saving exports (add-only). When you save a palette image, we request iOS's add-only photo permission. That permission lets the app add an image to your library; it does not let the app read any photo already there.

The eyedropper. Picking a colour from a photo goes through iOS's own photo picker. Only the single image you choose is handed to the app, and no library-wide permission is requested. That image is held in memory only — never written to disk, never transmitted — and is discarded when you leave the screen.

4. Purchases

The in-app purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. Payment details never reach the app, and we never see them. All the app keeps is a boolean recording that the unlock happened.

5. Motion sensors

The gyroscope is used so the highlight on the colour wheel shifts slightly as you tilt the device. Those readings drive the drawing and nothing else — they are neither stored nor transmitted. The effect switches itself off entirely under Reduce Motion and in Low Power Mode.

6. Children

Asterhue is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

7. Sharing with third parties

We hold no personal information, so there is none to sell, rent or disclose. There is no advertising and no analytics in the app, so there is no route by which data could leave your device.

8. Your rights

All of your data is on your device. Deleting the app erases every saved palette and setting. There is nothing held on our side for you to ask us to delete.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date below.
