PATRONE プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、PATRONE（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「PATRONE」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 端末内で扱う情報（当方サーバーへは送信しません）

本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、当方独自のサーバーへ写真や個人情報を送信・保存することはありません。

写真: 本アプリに取り込んだ写真は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
写真ライブラリへのアクセス: 写真の取り込み、およびベタ焼き（コンタクトシート）画像の写真ライブラリへの保存のために使用します。

2. 広告について（第三者による情報収集）

本アプリは、広告配信のために Google の「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMob は広告の配信・測定のため、以下のような情報を収集・利用する場合があります。

広告識別子を含むデバイス識別子
広告の表示・操作などの利用状況データ
おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスに基づく）
クラッシュ情報などの診断データ

3. トラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）

本アプリは、iOS の「トラッキングの透明性（ATT）」に従い、トラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可されなかった場合でも広告は表示されますが、利用者の興味に基づかない広告（非パーソナライズ広告）となります。

4. 情報の第三者提供・販売

当方は利用者の個人情報を販売しません。前記の広告事業者（Google）による収集を除き、第三者へ情報を提供することはありません。

5. データの保存と削除

本アプリ内のデータ（写真・フィルム情報など）は端末内に保存され、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としたものではありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上で告知します。

PATRONE Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PATRONE ("we", "us") handles user information in the app "PATRONE" (the "App").

1. Information handled on your device (not sent to our servers)

The App does not require an account and does not send or store your photos or personal information on any server operated by us.

Photos: Photos you import into the App are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party's servers.
Photo library access: Used to import your photos and to save contact-sheet images to your photo library.

2. Advertising (collection by a third party)

The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect and use information such as:

Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers
Usage data such as ad impressions and interactions
Approximate location (based on IP address)
Diagnostic data such as crash information

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency, the App presents a prompt requesting permission to track. If you do not grant permission, ads are still shown, but they will be non-personalized (not based on your interests).

4. Sale and sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Other than the collection by the advertising provider (Google) described above, we do not share your information with third parties.

5. Data retention and deletion

Data within the App (photos, film information, etc.) is stored on your device and is deleted when you remove it within the App or uninstall the App.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or on this page.
